University recruiting looks drastically different than it did last fall – where do we go from here?

To help the university recruitment community navigate this new normal, RippleMatch hosted a two-week virtual summit to discuss the biggest challenges for the upcoming recruitment season. Between panels, presentations, and small group discussions, around 500 talent acquisition professionals joined the conversation and shared their top concerns and brightest ideas for cultivating the next generation of talent. How Today's College Students are Navigating Entry-Level Jobs & Internships During COVID-19

COVID-19 has made taking that first step into a professional career significantly more complicated for today’s college students. 

As millions of Americans deal with the economic fallout from COVID-19, college students are also grappling with how best to navigate their professional next steps, from the job search to major adaptations to summer employment plans. To find out how college students are navigating this time, RippleMatch conducted a survey of the students on our platform.
